He described himself:

”I live and breath the stock market. It is my goal to teach you to create your own success as I have for myself.”

Biography

He was born on August 19, 1984, in the USA.

Upon his grandfather’s passing, Cameron and his family inherited about $1.5 million. The money prompted Fous and his family to make investments in the stock market.

Cameron once said:

”I always wanted to be a stockbroker and that’s what I planned to go to school for. One of my best friend’s dad was a stockbroker so I would always see him come home in a slick business suit looking fresh.”

Fous went on to say:

”They were pretty well off so I was like, ‘That looks fun. That’s what I want to do.’ This was back in about 2003, almost 10 years ago was when I started back when I was 20 years old.”

Fous graduated from Oregon State University in 2007, with a degree in finance.

During an interview, Cameron said about his time in college:

“During my sophomore year, my aunt got a ‘hot tip’ on some speculative biotech stock called Cytomedix. At $4 per share, we went all in as a family – investing $500,000 in inheritance money, and even my car.”

Fous continued:

”I got bored and sold my shares at $6, but my family kept theirs. Then one day the stock went bust and dropped to 50 cents.”

Fous started to provide free trading services in April 2006.

He also had a website – TheTechnicalTrader.net, where Fous shared the trading knowledge and advice he acquired throughout his years of experience. However, he closed the website in 2012.

Fous Alerts

In January 2006, he started FOUS4trading.com. In the present day, the service has evolved into Fous Alerts.

It is a service recommended for traders who already have an account with $25,000+ to bypass the PDT rule (a FINRA designation for a stock market trader who executes 4 or more day trades in 5 business days in a margin account) and have a decent understanding of the market.

His strategy mainly involves technical analysis with a strong focus on reading chart patterns.

Cameron said:

“I always dreamed of the luxury life you see in movies—the cars, boats, condos, girls. With day trading, I got it all.”

On his website, Fous offers several services and subscriptions:

  • the possibility to be a Hedge Fund Trader for $74.99 per month;
  • Epic Sequel Fous4X2 for $597;
  • The Original Fous4 for $597.

The pros of his service are:

  • perfect for new day traders;
  • accessible from all mobile devices;
  • alerts and watch lists are very helpful;
  • good price;
  • the chat room gives you the possibility to network with experienced traders;
  • the video library is well put-together;
  • real-time lessons on trading;
  • real-time alerts.

The cons of his service are:

  • no trading is verified;
  • promises great expectations, which most people, probably, won’t reach.

In January 2018, he started IKNK.com (pronounced “iconic”). It is a company whose motto is:

“Business. Pleasure. Bliss.”
